Dr. Romeo Dubini, PhD
Welcome to ABitNewWorld! My name is Romeo, I am 27-years-old with an obsession for data-driven decision making and first-principles thinking. Since I was a kid, I have been captivated by dissecting the complex into simple. I have a strong bias for action and I truly believe there is no better teacher than honest self-reflection and experience.

After spending my infancy and adolescence in Milan, I started traveling Europe pursuing my scientific education. Once I graduated with a MSc in Physical Chemistry in Sweden, I moved to Munich to start a PhD studying DNA and its naturally occurring modified bases, which I recently completed in 2022. I have since moved to Dublin where I am applying my problem solving and analytical skills in the Software-as-a-Service realm.

My admiration and deep respect for the laws of the universe led me to study natural sciences, which taught me that nothing comes from nothing, and that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Those same principles led me to bitcoin and its empowering philosophical value. My hope and aspiration is that through this website and the content we publish we are able to provide sound and ethical education about the elusive concepts of money, integrity, and time.

I am a 30-year-young professional with an affinity for personal, organisational & social development. This affinity combined with my interest in understanding human behaviour has led me to 4+ years of experience in training, coaching and consulting individuals and organisations to improve existing working environments.

Our education system awarded me with a Bachelor Degree in Economics and a Joint Master Degree in Business. Next to the titles I received a general understanding of Micro- as well as Macroeconomics together with loads of unsatisfying and untimely answers. Luckily my studies allowed me to learn four foreign languages (and master two of them), gather invaluable experiences, connect with people from all over the world and simultaneously provided me with enough time to pursue my thirst for learning on the internet.

My educational and professional experience made me become a strong believer in personal responsibility, critical thinking, the power of lifelong learning and the necessity of a system change on many levels. Curious and skeptical in nature I love asking ever better questions as well as exchanging and spreading valuable ideas. This has naturally led me to become a bitcoin enthusiast who strongly believes in its underlying philosophy and principles.
